Le Restaurant du Haze is a Macrobiotic and vegan restaurant, located at the foot of the Mino Mountain in Kurume, Fukuoka.
Our building is a 120 year old traditional Japanese house.
We serve dishes prepared with fresh vegetables from local farms and homemade fermented food.
